• Nerdtech focused on exposure and interaction with industry experts - they were very happy with that.
• They were in the ideation stage and they needed the network and proper mentoring . Mentoring sessions were the most useful
• One to one meetings are good . More peer to peer interactive sessions to actually find different thought processes on the same ideas. Select volunteers for more ease in handling the logistics.
• The people brought in for the sessions were good but the management issues were there. Happy with the mentors and resources.. they got proper insights
• Time line delay was there but it was totally fine. If it was a uniform 1 week shift of the timeline then the participants could have understood the situation. But the managing team did not do things efficiently. Links , recordings , feedback forms were all delayed.
